Theory

Professional

For primary theory, candidates are required to demonstrate only.  For all other grades, candidates are required to demonstrate and describe everything from the prior grade in addition to the information required for the current grade.

It is assumed that the candidates will be doing a highland exam in conjunction with theory so no dancing is required.  However, if there is no highland exam taken the candidates are required to perform the dances indicated.
